- Enjoy getting out & about with individuals in a variety of supported job sites throughout the area.
- Empower individuals through work geared skill-building, including production, stocking, folding, cleaning, as well as helping to achieve personal goals.
- Lead hands-on activities through classroom education and on the site job education.
- Work together as a team to accomplish goals.
- Provide encouragement and empowerment in those you assist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business or related course of study and one year of related experience,
- or Associates degree program in Human Services, Business or related course of study and two years of related experience
- or High School diploma with three years of related experience.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Experience in job placement and/or a broad knowledge of industrial and commercial work opportunities and or as a Vocational Counselor would be helpful.
- An Agency approvable driver’s license is required. Must have a working vehicle and willingness to drive personal vehicle.
