We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Supports Manager – STEPS (Strategic Training and Education, a Plan for Success) to lead our Employment Services Specialists and help participants reach their goals.
What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of the STEPS program
Supervise, coach, and support Employment Services Specialists
Develop engaging daily activities and individualized goal plans
Ensure quality services and person-centered supports
Complete assessments and oversee required documentation
Train and mentor new staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for participants
Provide hands-on support to participants when needed
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of related experience, or an Associate's Degree plus 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Supervisory experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to use it for work
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
