Supports Managers start at $21.50- $23/hr, plus shift differentials. 18+ years old, with agency-approvable driver’s license.
High school diploma or GED with diploma, two years’ experience with I/DD.
or Associates/Bachelor’s Degree, one year experience with I/DD.
Schedule will include afternoons and weekends.

Lead & manage operations of the home
Ensure and provide quality care and support to individuals
Supervise employees with hands-on approaches
Determine daily routine, scheduling of staff, and keep documentation

Teach meal prep, cooking/baking, and more

Work in a small, comfortable non-profit setting in the Mohawk Valley with residential homes from Dolgeville to Frankfort.
