Supports Manager- STEPs Payrate $21.50- $23. Opportunities for pay increase are based on education.
Hours: Monday- Friday 8am- 4pm with flexibility. Must be able to flex around 2.5 hours each week to be able to assist with supportive employment.

- Lead & manage operations of the program.
- Determine daily routine, scheduling of staff, and keep documentation.
- Develop goal plans to ensure all individuals has a access to engaging activities
- Enjoy getting out & about with individuals in a variety of supported job sites throughout the area.
- Empower individuals and staff through work geared skill-building, including production, stocking, folding, cleaning, as well as helping to achieve personal goals.
- Lead hands-on activities through classroom education and on the site job education.
- Work together as a team to accomplish goals.
- Provide encouragement and empowerment in those you assist.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years related experience
- or Associate’s and one year experience with persons with developmental disabilities required.
- Supervision experience preferred.
- Must have Agency approvable driver’s license.
- Must have working vehicle and willing to drive personal vehicle.
