Events Coordinator and General Manager
Love creating unforgettable experiences? Arc Herkimer is looking for an enthusiastic Events Coordinator/General Manager to lead operations at the beautiful MV Golf & Event Center, home to our scenic 18-hole golf course and the popular Tin Cup Tavern & Grille. Salary starts at $85,000+, depending on experience.
You’ll oversee daily operations, elevate guest experiences, and grow our golf, dining, and events business—all while working in a fun, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED required, (Associate’s preferred)
- 2 years of event coordinator experience required
- 3 years in a senior management role preferred
- Restaurant and/or golf course experience preferred
- Arc Herkimer–approvable driver’s license is required
In this role, you’ll lead the golf course, restaurant, bar, and event spaces; plan and execute events, tournaments, and entertainment; manage budgets and financial activity; hire and motivate staff; build strong relationships with guests and community partners; and identify opportunities to grow revenue while ensuring a welcoming, well-run environment.
